Government Payments.Simplified started out in response to the overwhelming need in government payment processing for an easy, modern system that didn’t cost them an outrageous sum of money.
Our customers were dissatisfied with the service they were being provided in things like issue response time, cost of the system itself and all of the associated fees. Not to be forgotten was the ease of use factor – for themselves and their taxpayers. They complained about having systems that were glitchy, or felt insecure.
Integrating the in-office equipment was relatively simple. However, the online portal was another matter. This was the source of most of the frustration that our customers felt. So, after being in development for three months, we launched our online payment portal.
Our team comprises the joining of two separate companies – Semper Aegis Mercatus and Tracking Pixel Media.
Semper Aegis Mercatus
