Government Payments.Simplified started out in response to the overwhelming need in government payment processing for an easy, modern system that didn’t cost them an outrageous sum of money.

Our customers were dissatisfied with the service they were being provided in things like issue response time, cost of the system itself and all of the associated fees. Not to be forgotten was the ease of use factor – for themselves and their taxpayers. They complained about having systems that were glitchy, or felt insecure.

Integrating the in-office equipment is a relatively simple process for most government entities. However, online portals are typically another matter. This was the source of most of the frustration that our customers felt. So, after months of development, we launched our online payment portal to provide the type of services unrivaled in our competitors.
